Getting Started

1. Create a Job:
   • Click on 'Create Job' in the navigation bar.
   • Paste your job description or use our AI to generate one from a brief description.
   • Use the 'Process' button to automatically extract job details, which you can then adjust.
   • Fill in the required fields and click 'Submit'.
2. Upload Resumes:
   • From the Jobs list, click on 'Upload Resumes'.
   • Upload single or multiple resumes (PDF, DOCX, or DOC formats supported).
3. Review Candidates:
   • View processed resumes and their AI-generated scores in the Job Details page.
   • Shortlist or reject candidates directly from this page.
4. Create Coding Interviews:
   • Navigate to 'Coding Interviews' and create a new interview template.
   • Add coding questions and generate unique interview links for candidates.
