Create a Job:
- Click on 'Create Job' in the navigation bar.
- Paste your job description or use our AI to generate one from a brief description.
- Use the 'Process' button to automatically extract job details, which you can then adjust.
- Fill in the required fields and click 'Submit'.
Upload Resumes:
- From the Jobs list, click on 'Upload Resumes'.
- Upload single or multiple resumes (PDF, DOCX, or DOC formats supported).
Review Candidates:
- View processed resumes and their AI-generated scores in the Job Details page.
- Shortlist or reject candidates directly from this page.
Create Coding Interviews:
- From the Job Details page, click 'Generate Coding Interview'.
- AI automatically generates interview questions based on job requirements.
- Refine questions with custom prompts if needed (e.g., "make harder", "add more database questions").
- Generate unique interview links for specific candidates.
- Use bulk evaluation to automatically score all submitted interviews.

Customize the scoring prompt in the Job Details page to refine candidate evaluation.
Use the 'Recalculate Score' feature if you've updated the job details or scoring prompt.
Each job has its own interview template with AI-generated questions tailored to that role.
