Getting Started

1. Create a Job:
   • Click on 'Create Job' in the navigation bar.
   • Paste your job description or use our AI to generate one from a brief description.
   • Use the 'Process' button to automatically extract job details, which you can then adjust.
   • Fill in the required fields and click 'Submit'.
2. Upload Resumes:
   • From the Jobs list, click on 'Upload Resumes'.
   • Upload single or multiple resumes, or even a whole directory (PDF files only).
3. Review Candidates:
   • View processed resumes and their scores in the Job Details page.
   • Shortlist or reject candidates directly from this page.
4. Manage Interviews:
   • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
   • Assign interviewers and track interview status.
5. Create Surveys:
   • Design custom surveys for candidates.
   • Generate unique links for each candidate to fill out the survey.
6. Share Resumes:
   • Securely share candidate resumes with team members.

• Customize the scoring prompt in the Job Details page to refine candidate evaluation.
• Use the 'Recalculate Score' feature if you've updated the job details or scoring prompt.
• Check the 'Interviews' section regularly to stay updated on upcoming interviews.
